I like talking and listening to people, and making sure they get the message.

Likes: That first sip of beer, a great turn of phrase, a good book, my bike, the beach, getting out of the city and debmetal.

Dislikes: Errant apostrophes, jargon, selfish people and motorists that talk on their mobile phones.

I was responsible for the management and quality of content on Tourism Victoria’s websites. I ensured that over 6,000 pages of content were relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and of the highest quality, and that brand, campaign and political priorities were reflected on the site in a timely manner. visitvictoria.com is a high-traffic consumer website that outperforms other state tourism websites, logging 300,000+ page impressions/month. My role included writing, editing and production, staff and project management, strategy, policy, process and planning.

I managed all site and business product fixes and enhancements. My role include project management, liaison with clients and sales staff, reporting, testing and quality assurance, content management, occasional production and supervision of production staff.
